Yes — every product on DTS is sourced directly from certified distributors and comes with verifiable serial numbers. You can confirm authenticity on the manufacturer's website using the serial number on the box.

Lagos: Same-day (order before 1PM) or next-day. Abuja & Port Harcourt: 1–2 business days. Other states: 2–4 business days. All deliveries are tracked and insured.

All products come with a minimum 1-year DTS warranty. Manufacturer warranties also apply. If a product develops a fault within the warranty period, we handle it — no arguing, no hassle.

Yes! Pay on Delivery is available for orders below ₦500,000 within select states. A ₦1,000 non-refundable commitment fee applies for POD orders above ₦100,000 to confirm the order.
