Cut-Off Times Are Strict
Same-day orders must be placed before 1:00 PM WAT. Orders after 1PM are processed the next business day.
Accurate Phone Number Required
Our rider calls before arrival. An incorrect number may result in a failed delivery and rescheduling fee.
Precise Address is Critical
Include a full address with a landmark. Vague addresses cause delays.
Signature Required
A signature from the recipient (or authorised representative) is required for all deliveries.
Inspect Before Signing
Open and inspect the item before the rider leaves. DTS cannot accept transit damage claims after signing.
No Weekend Processing for Remote Areas
Orders to remote addresses are processed Monday–Friday only.
