Delivery is FREE on all orders above ₦300,000. For orders below that: Lagos standard = ₦2,500, same-day = ₦5,000. Other states vary by location, starting from ₦3,500. The exact fee is shown at checkout.

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. You can also track from Account → My Orders, or use the Track Order page with just your order ID and phone number — no login needed.

Our delivery partner will call you before arrival. If you're unavailable, a second delivery attempt is made the following day. After two failed attempts, the item is returned to our warehouse and you'll be contacted to reschedule.

Currently, same-day delivery is only available within Lagos. We aim to expand this to Abuja and Port Harcourt in 2025. Next-day delivery is available for major cities.

Yes, but only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately with your order ID and new address. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.
