We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original condition — unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected (usually 1–2 business days), we process the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Wallet refunds are instant.

Please inspect your delivery before signing. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the delivery agent. For damage discovered on opening, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll arrange an immediate replacement.

Yes! Exchanges are processed the same way as returns. We'll pick up the original item and deliver the replacement simultaneously where possible, subject to stock availability.

Yes. Items that have been opened and used, consumables (ink, toner, batteries), and custom-order or special-request items are generally non-returnable unless they are defective.
